With unlocking latch (push and pull)
The latch on the RJ45 plug is a special addition to the item, when pulled, the RJ45 plug releases from the socket. The push and pull mechanism pushes the latch on the RJ45 plug downwards so that the latch no longer has to be pushed by itself.
